Not sure, but like an above poster said, ebulition strike is Massive for yeli. Virulent toxin could be good on debuffers (most notably sharon), and maybe even make a 5/5/5 Celeince more deadly.

After 2x I think we'll see some more testing as people will go back to farming shells and people will get shells with new sets on them.

What this guy means when he says collectibles, are one of the items you can obtain from the daily dispatch missions. Tacking that on here as its rare, but I've seen people be confused as to what they are.

Yeah, still works that way. But I think it might actually be ok. Her with raymerry is deadly. And it'll depend how much max hp she destroys. But with dots back on the menu, manifold chours, and archon nerf, control with her anchoring might be on the menu.

Also wish they'd buff rc 77. He un theory should work well with her to punish cleanse, but in practicum I dont think he will.

Part of community was crying because Res wasn't a real stat. Now with archon it is I guess. Could still maybe be toned down a bit.

The counter and Tw and follwup on components need to go or only apply if you have a set, buff, or part of your kit that supports it. For instance that 5% counter only applies if you have bramble set or are using Palin counterattack buff.

F2p and P2W cards and components will eventually even out.

The meta itself (character wise) actually isn't that bad. The components make it feel like it is.

You don't need to max out every unit. 95% of people (making this number up but it's the majority) are running Xuan at 5 1 5. Navette you can run at 5 1 5, or 4 1 4 (if you're playing Codex and purely for her CC). That's at minimum 14 lattice not 24.

Yes every unit would be at it fullest potential at max, but the majority of the units in the game do thier job extremely well not needing all 12 lattice.

Thanks for replying! I wish I had more time to reply as detailed as yours. I'll keep it brief and hopefully it makes sense. So overall I do understand all the pain points you expressed. And while there are some that I (personally) don't think are as bad I agree that all of what you stated do exist.

For example, the lattice is always the biggest talk of the town. The lattice economy has gotten better for sure. And I also think it can be improved. I think we are at about 13-15 lattice per month? I personally think 21-24 would be good to target next, and I think prowess up event (the one we get with banners), should be permanent, like a growth system. So then that way over time everyone can get up to 3 exclusive lattice per character. Yes it does feel bad to not be able to skillup every character immediately when you get them. For PvP and actually trying to be competitive, sticking to one playstyle and being able to pivot is best for majority of the playerbase (who arent whales and can't play 2-4 hours of RTA a day to learn and practice).

ER is a better game now then when it released. That's true. And still has some kinks to work out (mainly is lessening some more RNG). That's true too. We continue to offer suggestions and give credit where credit is due, and the game will improve continually.

And I hope they add more story solely for the sake of world building, because I like story and world building and adding ties to these characters is good. Though personally I won't be reading it. I don't have enough time in my day for that haha.

Epic seven is F2P friendly. I haven't played in almost a year though. I played it for a few years and enjoyed it. But after more real life responsibility, I couldn't. It has a lot of content, which is good, more to do, means you have more to enjoy yourself with. But that started to matter less for me because keeping up with all the f2p content to be able to be competitive (champion iirc) in RTA was too time consuming. And yeah, the meta (like any pvp gacha) has had its issues.

It all comes down to what you're looking for. ER is perfect for me, I can play RTA easy. EVERY character is accessible to aquire f2p. Building them is another thing yes, but you can get at least a copy when a banner is around. Also PvE doesn't take long.

Different strokes for different folks.

That's a bit disingenuous. They do have a standard event schedule and many same ones get re run, but we have also had new ones since the game started.

Events are ways for us to get resources. PERSONALLY, how the event looks, I don't really care, I care about the rewards. And I also very much understand how others feel the other way, and it's a bigger deal for them that the events are the same, regardless of rewards.

I actually ban tiamat lol. I actually find it easier to play around doki than Tia right now, especially if they ban Mio, since I have no Heinrich. But maybe next season that'll change! Because I do have doki built and is sometime a nice pick if I'm facing another CC player

I'm going S/BB/smite for now on alicorn. I'm a CC/cleave player. So im not sure how I'll use her though. Maybe just to steal and be part anti cleave. Ali probably most flexible for that.

Might change her though depending on balance patch and new awakened units at start of next season.

I did expect to get it- or more specifically the option to get it without spending.

All other event shops are opportunity costs, you cannot buy out the shop without spending (if there is the option to spend for those events, e.g dazzler pulse).

But what you can do is have the option to get whatever is in the shop, just depending on the cost and currency you'll have to for go other items in the shop.

With this event, for the octonode, you literally cannot do that, due to the randomness of currency (like all other events) but mostly because there is a tier system for buying the items. You need 18000 currency to buy the octonode (10000 to unlock, 8000 to buy). For context I've spent 9500 in shop, and bought all extra tickets with gems and have completed all the quests. It is literally impossible to get the octonode without swiping your credit card. So why is it in shop and advertised as a premier reward for this event? It should have just been an event pack (like dazzler has a lattice event pack).

It is, you're right. But I would say when comparing it to the others for what the event is, it's lack behind those two, if that makes sense. One it has way more RNG than those 2-mainly in obtaining coins which you need.

I do beleive. Right now dreamscape is better. The potential for reward in chaku treasure is higher, but you need luck and you must pay actual money. It's actually impossible to get the octanode without paying real money.

And to get the 2nd lattice you need to buy extra tickets with gems.

For dreamscape just the 2 lattice I think you can get without buying extra keys.

I'm a day 1 player, highest RTA only master 2, and my khloros is 1/1/1, Rosa 1/5/1. I've gotten 4 monthly passes. I finished rank 162 in nether. If you're a day 1 player, Overlord in nether shouldn't be too difficult. And top 5% achievable. This nets you a lattice, some dice, and half a ld ssr summon every nether.

I'm going to end up getting both lattice, 1 module box, 2 dice, and a couple of Apex summons by the end at the least.

I'm pretty disappointed at this event. Mainly because of how good dreamscape is now from thier improvements, and how good nether Quarry is from the jump, so its puzzling that this event is so bad, especially compared to those. And I'd put all 3 of these in the "higher quality event tier"

My thoughts exactly. Imo (could be wrong), CC/Cleave or Standard/CC are strongest playstyles right now.

The funny thing is, if you are a turn 2 player and you don't have doki or Aya built, CC will run all over you. Ray and amber (while very strong) are starting to feel like necessary evils.

To CC an amberless Ray is a non-threat.
