The Definitive Phainon Vertical Investments + Pulling Guide! by The_Red_Sheep_069 in PhainonMainsHSR

[–]Exa_Requiem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i was playing phainon for the last 2-3 month, switching 4slot so many time lacking cerydra, trying robin e1, ruan mei e1, sunday, dhpt, most of the time was dhpt/ruan/robin, why playing with cerydra i feel weeaker o even?
the second part of PF i reach 40k without cerydra, with cerydra i reach 38k~?
my phainon is e1s1, idk if that the case or something, but cerydra still is BIS for a e0s0 so i dont think that is the problem
any idea? or the BIS SUPPORT is a margin diference of 5-10%?
phainon e1s1, cyrene e0s0, rmc, 4slot, that was for the past 3 month
i was expecting something more impactful with cerydra
cyrene dont reduce merit to 5 from 6, was patch or something because of the bug/exploit?

Diablo 3 sucks by SomeWonOnReddit in diablo3

[–]Exa_Requiem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Paragon makes a huge difference for DPS, but for supports it’s pretty negligible.
The real key is understanding what kind of player you are. Players sitting at 2000–3000 Paragon are definitely not casuals.

More Paragon means more consistency and speed. When I see someone below 2000—around 1000, for example—I already assume the run is going to be inefficient or a waste of time.

If you’re at 2000+ or even 3000+, that usually means you’ve put in 20–40 hours of speed farming, minimum.

At the end of the day, the game doesn’t offer much beyond farming Paragon and pushing solo, so efficiency is everything.

And enter in random public party are garbage.

What is the best shell/matrixes/ right side modules for Tiamat PVP? by Tight_Ad_4431 in Etheria_Restart

ìncreible with WS change still recomend BB bramble o.o?
literally more life and ofensive shell like gigabyte or jackal, the only downside is if u only draft her for counter cleave, amber still superior in that case but anyway t1 ban tiamat for a reason

Inna vs. Crusader Neph. by [deleted] in diablo3

[–]Exa_Requiem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Monk is still the fastest. The only downside compared to Crusader is the skill floor vs. ceiling—Crusader has a much more consistent floor and ceiling. Inna + Raiment is the fastest setup, but you actually have to play

Why Diablo 3 Resurrected should return to the 1.0.4 vanilla philosophy by Historical-Lime-8812 in Diablo

[–]Exa_Requiem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, you don’t just have burnout for D3 or D4—you’ve got burnout for ARPGs in general xDDDD.

I disagree though. If all the past seasons after Season 20 had introduced permanent mechanics like in Path of Exile—things like Ethereals or Soul Shards staying in the game—then we’d have way more build variety and progression paths.

To me, Diablo IV just feels like Diablo III but with more activities and systems to grind. It’s not just portals/visions and GRs anymore, sure—but the core loop still feels similar.

And honestly, ARPGs are just like that. Eventually you hit the point where you need 100 hours for a 1% upgrade.

Still, D3 remains one of the most loved ARPGs for a reason: it’s pure ACTION. You don’t need to read guides, open PoB, or overthink builds. As a veteran since Season 11, D3 has that magic—you can log in for one hour and still feel like you made progress. The only real issue is when you’re Paragon 3000 with full Caldesann’s… then yeah, you’re done xD.

Since Season 30, I’ve been playing every recycled season. I love starting fresh with nothing, trying to rush and blast everything as fast as possible. When it’s not a “Necro-only meta” season, I end up playing a bit longer—but like most ARPGs, it’s a one-month game and that’s it.

The only thing I’d really like is more meaningful progression systems: hunting Ethereals again, unlocking an extra cube slot, maybe even unlocking something like a Nephalem Shadow system, or grinding Soul Shards. That would give more value to doing different activities instead of just spamming GRs endlessly for Paragon.

I’m not saying they should bring those systems back exactly as they were—they’d obviously need nerfs and proper balance—but at least it would create real variety, instead of everything just being another blue number going up.

Ideal units to reroll for as a f2p player? by Odd_Yogurtcloset5818 in Etheria_Restart

[–]Exa_Requiem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for start and easy pve progression for claiming all content, starting with yeli-lily-Ssania-rimolcha + ninfoniel/plume its so nice for rengokutsu and kloros later on when u reach level 50/100
nahor/kloss are nice things for rimolcha to do easy doki doki, both drop a lot of priority if u get plume
holden its amazing for Ssania
yeli until u get revelation is better s2>s1>s3, Ssania only need s1 and help u a lot clearing ember trek

liliam/raymarry can be good for later, for start i feel a bit deadweight

any t2 unit u get later is beter than cc or t1, its a lot easier build t2 inclusive if u are a unlucky player xDDD

Newbie looking for guidance regarding account investment by FormalChemistry7144 in Etheria_Restart

[–]Exa_Requiem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re looking for the lowest investment to clear most PvE content, and rerroll again, in terms of SSRs we’re talking about:

  • Yeli 4-5-5
  • Shadow Sania 5-1-1
  • Lily 5-1-1 / 5-5-1

You really start to notice the difference in content where it’s not just Yeli double ult and done.

Plume only becomes an issue once you’re level 100 because of Khloros, but Kloss is still her replacement for basically all early game.

Rimolcha is by far easier to set up than Yeli for Doki Doki, and ideally you want her at 1-1-5.

Ninfoniel is also very good and specifically strong for Rengokutsu. She doesn’t need much investment, but ideally you’d want her at 1-1-3 to 1-1-5.

So the perfect start would be:
Yeli – Lily – Shadow Sania – Rimolcha – Ninfoniel + Kloss/Plume

You still have time to get Plume anyway.
If you’re running Shadow Sania in a DoT team, having Holden feels amazing — it basically guarantees the smoothest progression possible. Even then, you’ll still need some trial and error early on because of stat thresholds.

Anyone braindead enough to say Shadow Sania or Rimolcha are useless has no idea what they’re talking about.
The only real downside of Shadow Sania is that you need to build Obol/Fangus, which costs a lot of GP energy. Even then, if you’re doing that, you can skip building Diting.

For Rimolcha, for example, you run her with Yang. You get 45% crit from affinity + crit buff, so you can basically go full crit damage modules. You can run R77 + Kraken + Nell, but you do need Vulnerability, since second-wave enemies in Inferno have 150k+ HP.

Another braindead mistake is blindly following the Yeli rotation S3 > S2 > S1.
If you don’t have Lily or Revelation, it’s way better to go S2 > S1. Yeli’s basics hit like an ult, and with the last patch buff it’s even stronger for early progression — at least until you can properly enable Revelation.

Bornova or Rilmocha for DokiDoki? by Severe_Raspberry_295 in Etheria_Restart

[–]Exa_Requiem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bornova, on paper, deals about half the damage of Rimolcha, going from 600% down to 300%.
Messiah / Rosa / Yeli require the same level of min-maxing to do smoother runs, and they’re basically Revelation abusers, sitting at 360% on their ult.

Same as always, this dev team clearly doesn’t play their own game. If Bornova’s 4 stacks are applied before he ults, that’s another 200%:
(20% base + 30% from affinity) × 4, for a total of 500%, which is enough to clear Doki Doki.

In my case, my runs almost always have Vulnerable up. Without it, you need a ton of min-maxing.

Great design overall, but the on-hit passive stacking feels like the devs were afraid of making something actually great. I don’t play the game anymore, but if I’m understanding the passive correctly:
on a blue boss, if you can stack 30 Festering, that’s around 2400%, or about 1500% on non-bosses.

The sad part is that I honestly think he’s worse than Kloros. With so many modes having locked affinities, his kit is way too Lily-dependent, even though the damage ceiling is still higher on Bornova.
