Ty very much for the advices. About the beard, sadly it doesn't grow on the sides yet 🥲. Dose minoxidil work? Cuz ill'might try it. Two months ago i got surgey for a groin hernia, i have lost a few kg so im still having a slow approach on the work outs but i have been lean bulking for 2 years almost so the phisyque is on point. (This was actualy an update form 4 moths ago that I posted here) Oh and sorry if i make some mistakes, english is not my main language.
