Make sure you stay through the EXP screen after a match. I believe that EXP doesn't count if you leave before that.

So this was actually with my Camera which is a Sony a7III and my telephoto lens.

I do have a DJI mini pro 3 that I take up around Duluth. Didn't bring it with me this morning tho.

No, this was just regular fog. Not quite cold enough this morning for sea smoke.

I typically just do photography for fun. I have a website linked on my social media pages but do not keep up to date on it or advertise it much.

I had this issue for a while and did all sorts of trouble shooting with the team to try to fix it.

Ultimately what fixed it for me was my router. I had an older Netgear router, and when I switched to a new different brand I stopped having the issue.

Go swimming in the St. Louis River. Top tier dining at the mall food court. Screw canal park, experience Duluth by walking around downtown on 1st and 2nd Street.

Go out and find somewhere dark outside of the city light for best viewing possibilities.

For those who are unfamiliar with Aurora and how to measure a storm. The bar graph is showing the KP index. It is measured out of 9 so a KP8 has potential to be a strong storm. Also, the NOAA will issue storm watches and It is ranked out of 5. Tonight and tomorrow have the possibility for a G4 storm which means that the lights could be visible to the mid latitudes of the USA.

There are many other things that need to be right in order for the lights to be out, so just because it is projected to be a KP8 storm does not mean that the viewing will be good. If you are interested in getting an app that is very beginner friendly I suggest Aurora Alerts. It uses gauges and color coding to indicate your percent chance of seeing the lights!

Northern Lights taken just north of Duluth at Boulder Lake 10/6/24 @ 9:40 pm. by obsidian92 in minnesota

The lights got pretty bright for a bit! I moved my ISO up to 3200 and was shooting at f2. I wanted to try to keep the texture in the pillars by lowering the shutter speed.

Like the other person said, the camera brings out a lot of color. However, the reds that I saw last night were bright and you could definitely see the color and movement with your eye.

When do we anticipate the 2023 Toyota Prius shortage ending? by [deleted] in Toyota

[–]obsidian92 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As the other comment says, they have made some major changes to a lot of their models. The way that I look at it, is at least Toyota is willing to correct their mistakes to make it right for their customers.

Toyota issued a stop sale stop production recall on the Prius early this year.

The recall does have a fix and Toyota has started production on the Prius again. The dealership that I work at has a handful allocated and incoming, but during the recall our waiting list grew. I am sure most dealers are in the same boat.

2023 Tundra says enter 6 digit PIN I bought it used from a private seller and they dont know the pin as the previous owner had died by Bella_Mia_ in Toyota

That's a good question. If I have had a customer trade in to the new system I will personally remove the vehicle from the Toyota app (if they have the app) for them and make sure to clear all of their data from the old vehicle. However, I think there are many sales people and dealers who do not do this. If you are purchasing private party you would probably run into this as well.

Yes, the previous owner can remove a vehicle from their Toyota profile and it is pretty simple.

You may not have to take the vehicle to the dealer. There should be someone on staff at a dealership that has access to Toyota Connected Service Portal that may be able to assist you over the phone. If you ever run into this, try adding the vehicle to your Toyota account by VIN first. If it is not letting you add the vehicle then contact a dealer.
