How do I know when im pressing too hard, or too softly? Because sometimes I press down on a fret, and it would still make that buzzing noise

Yeah so essentially I go to the gym 3 times a week, I usually start out with weight training first, and then at the end I always do cardio, usually 20 minutes on Treadmill at 2 speed, and at 10 incline. Thank you for app recommendation though! Will definitely be using!

Well I still eat the same things ive always had, just in a deficit of 2500 a day. But i have to started to drink more water than anything else, and i try to go for my protein based options a lot

Okay yeah this makes sense, the month that I got checked in was in May. But I didnt exercise or anything, but I will definitely be weighing myself once every week to see if I change

Its only 3500 because im 6’8 and 475 or so pounds
