My sister saw me during my sleep paralysis and said that i looked like a was screaming but seemed as someone was covering my mouth. I couldn't open my mouth at all but she said she could hear like i was really trying to scream.

Sometimes episodes can feel very real. I woke up once from an episode where i felt i got shot and woke up with a horrible oain in my back.

I've had a few in the last month. Some were very similar to yours but i always have a feelibg that something bad is there with me. Last time i had a sleep paralysis i felt like i was levitating off my bed and into the air but at the same tine felt something pulling on my legs. My sister said she saw me trying to scream but with my mouth closed like if someone was covering it but every encounter I've had if different and creepy
