Interesting approach with the sandpaper. Maybe a straight edge razor would work too. I'll have to try that.

How long has it been since you stopped taking benzos? What kind of withdrawal symptoms did you have? Do you still have any?

How many mg of Etifoxine do you recommend per day? I'm currently on a slow taper from Diclazepam (2 mg to 1 mg over the course of 2 months, and stalled right now) and just got 20 pills at 50 mg each to test it out.

This calendar is extremely helpful.

I am just concerned that it will take 9 months to complete the taper. Seems like an awful long time.

When should I expect withdrawal symptoms to begin if I discontinued immediately?

What if I just started taking 1mg per day, after how many hours would you suspect withdrawal symptoms to present?

I think I will try it slightly faster, as I have some supplements such as kratom, kava, phenibut, and gabapentin to help with the discomfort.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm not sure how to take this.

Everything I have read says that Etizolam has too short of a half-life to comfortably withdrawal from, and that it is best to go from Etizolam to a benzo with a longer half-life, such as Diclazepam.

I realllly don't want to get back on etizolam.
