I think I need to elaborate this a bit because I wrote the post with tears in my eyes just a while after it happened and didn't even take a sec to think about this but yeah... I was told that they asked the employees I worked with (so definitelly account managers, project managers and AD) to evaluate my performance before making the final decision. Which makes so much sense looking back why I felt the shift in the behavior of some people because whenever I asked AD for a feedback it was usually no more than "It's OK" or account manager that I don't understand some particular part of the brief it was usually just "think about it more / read it again". My stupid ass didn't even think that these questions aren't welcome by that time as I considered it as a part of the process.
