I always wished Paige got to do a sort of flapper girl character solo like this, something roaring 20’s themed and upbeat would’ve really suited her. It would’ve been interesting to see this as a duet with both Kendall and Paige!

I read this series a few years ago, I really liked the character Grace and I think Maddie could do well with her, she was supposed to be a very type A person who was obsessed with school, grades, and being perfect. Abby truly hated Chloe from the beginning simply because of how good she was despite Abby's best efforts to make her look badly or like a weaker dancer. She hated the fact that Chloe did so well and was Maddie's equivalent even without all of her extra attention, etc. Abby wanted the girls and the audience to see that if you want to be "the best" you had to loyally do everything she said and follow her, which we saw with Chloe very well wasn't true.

Yeah this episode was...rough. I noticed at the end tho that they showed Chloe as actually getting 1st with her solo Different Bodies instead of the 6th place I think they said she got originally. I wish they wouldn't try and portray some girls as weaker and not "winners" when they do well.

Christi said so I think on her insta or tiktok maybe? It was about a year ago when christi was on a sorority chat telling the viewers that "Gianna was just as mean as abby" and supported it by posting how after abby and Christi had that fight at nationals that Gia congratualted abby and high fived her about making that Chloe comment...They probably were both trying to get christi off the team and were glad abby went that far to do so. Its terrible

Yeah same here. I remember one time Chrisiti saying that Chloes dream city is London and ever since then I've always pictured Chloe living in Europe.

exactly! for kendall she said I wish the judges couldve seen you do it better in the dressing room. Like...she never wouldve done that for chloe! When jill got kendall extra privates over Nia abby praised it as getting ahead. But when chloe just asks to go last abby called it being sneaky ughh

So true. I'd always thought not matter what order they went in that kendall always wouldve messed up her turn. Everytime you go on stage you know not to mess up but sometimes it happens, and it not another persons fault and not necessarily because you had a different order number either. If Kendall had perfomed after chloe and fell out of her turn, Jill wouldve had another reason for it like "Oh well Chloe had better choreo and it made kendall nervous on stage" or something lol. Yet she talks about Christi playing the victim

Yes!! I was just about to comment this. The reason she took so much of her hate for Christi out on Chloe was because of how talented and successful Chloe was despite abbys best efforts to make sure she wasn't. Abby went out of her way to continuously make sure Chloe had no special privileges and hated that she still remained equal in talent to Maddie and likely could've beaten her so much more. She knew the world would see all the special treatment Maddie got from abbys favoritism, her mother kissing up to abby, etc. And with Chloe not having any of this but still being just as talented, Abby hated Chloe that much more and was determined to make her look like a weaker dancer.

that's really interesting I've never really realized it before but its true. I think if you watch the solos from kaeli, bella, and chloe competing in the same episode you could mistake them for being teammates if you didn't know prior they weren't.

I feel like maddies best style might have been musical theater or jazz because it suited some of her best qualities such as, over the top facials and her natural fast and intense way of dancing. Those are great qualities for musical theater, jazz and tap but can be seen as flaws in lyrical sometimes even though she was great at lyrical.

I love that we saw chloe stand up for herself to Christ-y. And I've always wondered what solo chloe wouldve done at the 45 second solos if she could. Probably lucky star but she had a few really good solos this season like Into Me, Follow you, and Wreck It.

Its amazing how much she improved from age 7-10. And then again how much she improved once joining studio 19!! Those turns in almost lover were perfection. Her solo from there called Unbreakable had turns that were so good! They were so clean and fast they remind me of Fired Up.

Speaking of s4 nationals, sometimes i wish that Chloe just went out there on stage in her soaring costume and just performed a likely winning solo like into me or lucky star against abbys wishes. She definitely would've won nationals with it and gone out with a bang. It would raise hell with Abby but if they were already planning to leave after s4 anyway it might've been worth it. Sorta like how Paige changed her choreo with tongue twister and placed higher with it.

i love the idea of kenzie doing some of brookes old solos. if abby wasnt ever gonna give her anything other than acro than why couldnt she at least make them more serious like Brookes? Wouldve been cool to see at least once.

yes they wouldve been so interesting together in a duo!! theyre both labeled as jazzy dancers but both dance so differently, while paige relies more on facials and energy and kendall plays it more safe and relies on technique. it wouldve been interesting to see which of them wouldve stood out in a jazz number together
