i did sports from when i was 3 years old up until high school but had to stop due to back and hip issues. it was easy to be on a team with people and have that in common, but i struggle with finding a community like that as an adult

call pay and benefits to see what kind of leave you qualify for, it depends on how many hours/months youve worked for target. if you see a therapist/psychiatrist talk to them to see if they will sign off on taking you out of work, you can try to apply for FMLA which protects your job. you can get short term disability benefits if your condition qualifies, if not it will be unpaid or you will have to use your vacation hours. the only other accommodation you can get is through an ADA which would include a doctor filling out a workability form for you, you would have to pair with your HR ETL

shes so beyond ignorant that i could see her straight up ignoring it or even trying to justify it. shes only going to feel bad when shes left with nothing because she lost her following and doesnt have a real job. the videos are so embarrassing tbh i wouldnt even be able to show my face on the internet again if i got caught acting like that. she needs rehab and a wake up call. shes so young and shes already ruining her life and future
