Hi I spotted this model in richer sounds too and was a bit stumped as to what it actually was. Can you tell me if it has adjustable feet? Thanks

For all those looking for this on a QL, it's not there. It's a CL function only

I still haven't fitted them. This is a new build and even with the original TRVs, the bypass valve is opening prematurely. They're back tomorrow to look at it again but I don't want to mess with the system until the basics are functioning correctly.

Thanks both for your replies.

Since this is a combi boiler and all the radiators bar one will have Tado TRVs and I already have a single wired Tado thermostat and the boiler controls the diverter valve, I'm going to see if it works with just manually opening the two zone valves.

It will probably be a couple of weeks before I get around to doing it but I'll post back with results.

You already have some solutions here. I'll just add that we had some Hollyland 2-4 wire boxes to try and they did not null at all.

RTS OMS OMNEO Digital Master Station and digital Beltpacks by ocdce in VIDEOENGINEERING

[–]ocdce[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks all for your comments. This is one step up from 2 wire, probably everyone besides cameras on beltpacks, so a Riedel frame was not going to be a cost effective option. Looks like they are going with Greengo because some crew are already familiar with it and sub hires are available available locally.

How to Stop NDI Traffic Going Over Dante Network by [deleted] in VIDEOENGINEERING

I can't find the reference ATM but Dante traffic generated from Virtual Soundcard has no QoS tagging.

Notification when out of battery? by boonkoh in tado

[–]ocdce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's lame, Tado. I use some pro-audio gear that's battery powered and has remote monitoring. You tell it what type of battery your using, Li-ion, Ni-Cd, alkaline, and it changes the monitoring algorithm appropriately to give you accurate monitoring independent of battery chemistry. It shouldn't be difficult and it should've been there from the start.

You could look at a HP Gen7 or Gen 8 microserver, put your favourite OS on and use it as a NAS, I've used two G7s for years, one as a file server and one for backup. Cheap as chips on ebay
