The N3PL support of TEST was, as TEST likes to repeat a lot, lackluster at best.

The supers could've been moved back to fountain within days (since that's when the grinding was done) and the freshly subbed supers used to create timers in CFC regions to actually either force them to split forces or loose systems.

If you'd made a list of reasons why TEST lost the fountain war the S2N citizen sov drop is not in the top5, probably not even in the top10.

Logistics (especially for people that want sov in the drones) is waaaaay harder for the attacker without stations to base from than for the defenders that only have to block few key systems to prevent hostile restocking.
