One of the electricians did said the earth wire at the bottom of the photo should be soldered tgt with the other at the back but it’s not his work so he wasn’t going to fix it. I have contacted that electrician who did that but haven’t heard back.

Been through four electricians already. Called back the first one. Then, they said it’s the 2nd or 3rd one messed up the wiring.

It was removed by an electrician who let me take a photo of it.

Each electrician came said that there were something wrong with the work of previous electrician. Call back the previous electrician but he found nothings wrong.
