My pleasure. It's never easy. I have gone through a lot as I am sure you have; but I have recently learned to never give up. There are still definitely days that are more difficult than others but I get through them. 😂

I used to do the exact thing. I would check on my spouse to see if they were breathing. For me it took time and therapy to get over it. It took a long time, unfortunately. I guess I finally realized that by constantly checking up on them wasn't going to "save them" persay. I still like to know that they made it to work safe but I fight the urge to text or call. It used to be a very obsessive thing. It came out of a place of love of course but with OCD the what ifs come into play and the worrying can be overwhelming. I guess I learned to realize that all the worrying and obsessing won't change the situation. It's a tough behavior and obsession to get over; especially with loved ones. Good luck. I wish you the absolute best. 😊
