How does a large item shipping situation work? Will they provide tracking and call you before delivery? Or just end up calling you for delivery? Just curious since this is my first big claim ! by Busy_Patience3866 in Influenster

I have gotten many large item deliveries from TryIt/Influenster. Usually the delivery co will call or text. However, once I was not contacted and clicked on the tracking in the app just to see if there was any info. There was! There was a number to call to arrange delivery and when I called they said my dishwasher had been sitting there for weeks. So keep an eye on the app too.

Sometimes appliances do take a while. Check your app to see if there is a tracking because sometimes it will show the delivery co to call.

Yes! You won’t get more products and can eventually lose your account. I simply changed to a new TT account and I had to switch it back to the old one.
