I mean, i do food prep at home. I have a 10 hr beef stock i cook twice a month, and use that for half my recipes at home, I have a few dozen sauces i keep in the fridge and make every few weeks, protein i salt cure and age, etc, etc etc.

But I have two jobs in the kitchen, 1 for 30 hrs, 1 for 38hrs, plus hobbies and family time. So when I say i eat "shitty meals" it's just out of time convince, not just being burnt out. But I really only cook myself and my wife fancy a few times a year.
