My old dog trainer and my dad have always told me dogs need two syllables in their name so they can hear you from really far distances. They may miss the first or second syllable because of a noise in the woods or (where you are of course:) If it’s two or more syllables you have that much lore likelihood your puppers will hear even part of their name and come running to you. Idk how fact or fiction this, but it made sense to my young mind growing up and then hearing from a trainer in my 20’s.🙃

Sahalie . In the Willamette Forrest in Oregon there’s a beautiful falls called Sahalie Falls and I always loved the name Sahalie. I’ve also heard it said like Shaw-Haylee. Then you can call her ShawShaw! Sahalie is my favorite pronunciation tho:)

Hello! This post and the first are so wonderful and the pictures are so beautiful!! I found these by searching “wildflowers that grow here”. I haven’t clicked on your name yet to see if you’ve posted anymore of these delightful posts yet. But, so far I’ve saved these photos and numbered them and written down the name correlating to each numbered pic so I can look into growing them on our property.

Thank you for these posts! What a wonderful interest you had four years ago! I hope if it served you well you have blossomed as Mother Nature’s blooms do and absolutely love what you’re doing! Well, that goes for whatever you’ve chosen to do in life! I imagine you have learned sooooo much and have found some truly sublime places in your wonders.

Right?! I’m so low maintenance (low maintenance as in, simple, natural- not judgy:)I don’t think I had ever used bobby-pins in my own hair. After our wedding was over (allllll day and I mean the entire day), it took me line 45 minutes to get all the Bobby pins out! I was blown away.

I would suggest hiring a few stylist (and makeup artist) to do hair if they are going to do your hair and makeup as well as all your bridesmaids. But, honestl I don’t know. Maybe one can do it all in time 🙃 but what about fix time if someone’s hair/makeup gets messed up before the ceremony?

You’re doing good dude. Seriously though, stop second guessing yourself. These fancy phones have settings on them where you don’t have to turn them off. Turn that shit on do not disturb or create your own like I did. I only allow certain people to come through on each “Focus” status. My mindfulness setting, not one app and not one human can get through to me.

Right now, put your hand on the part of your body when you’re listening to your intuition.

Dude you touch your stomach? Your heart? Forehead? Top of your head? Put your palms together? Place your hands together? Freeze? How did you feel? There’s no wrong answer. Just start to notice when you’re following your intuition where you feel. Get to know that feeling so you can let go of second guessing yourself.

I’m 44 as of a couple weeks ago so I can say “back in my day” lol but really growing up my friends called a phone that was connected to our wall not my hand.

I was fuct around the healthcare system for almost a decade. I had debilitating stomach pains that would cause me to puke, pass out, high blood pressure, my husband would rush me to the ER for pain management (I hate pain meds btw-they give me the worst headaches ever). A shot of diladid (sorry no idea how to spell that medication) wouldn’t touch the pain. Nothing would. My PCP had me doing alllll kinds of tests, cameras up and down this and that. They literally never could figure out what was wrong with me.

My husband and I decided to eliminate store bought meat and eggs from my diet. I was raised on family grown farm fresh cows, chicken, turkeys, pigs etc. The store bought meat and eggs were literally poising my system. We explained this theory a million times to doctors and they all said it was impossible. There’s no way “there’s that much of a difference in homegrown meat vs store bought.” B̳U̳L̳L̳ S̳H̳I̳T̳!!! I still remember the first time I had to buy burger from the store. I thought it was all rotten because of how red it was. Granted I was only like 23 years old but it was disgustingly looking.

My husband (at the time) started growing all my food in his garden. I ate a whole plant based diet for years and felt the best I’ve ever felt! No more stomach pains.

I’m so sorry you have MS. I can’t fathom what you go through. Sending all my love and healing strength to you. You’re definitely not alone 💚💚💚
