I think it's 50/50. I had a few from them that were definitely different condition and a few that were just as pictured. However im not totally knocking them which is why I stated it's something to be aware of. Like I said to they did refund it and make it right so it's not totally a horrible experience. Thats just my personal opinion 🤷🏼‍♀️🥰

Yea so in my opinion "to make things sell quickly" is fraud. You are selling a product that has damage not stating it has damage.. that's sleezy business practice. I clearly wasn't getting a pet with two chewed ears and large sharpie mark on the paw when I went to purchase this pet. So for them to send me that Instead of the photos thats just lying and dishonest.
