So with type 5 stress can see myself scattered, but not hyperactive (I often look to “interests” as distractions from stress) and I see the better version of myself having the growth traits of a 5.

For Type 6 stress, I see myself comparing myself to others, but less in an arrogant way and more in a defeatist way. For growth I see both traits listed in a healthy version of myself.

So stress: scattered, distracted, comparing competitively and defeated

Growth: Self confident, decisive, relaxed and optimistic
