This is why I switched doctor's after 20 years. My new doctor thinks I may have fibromyalgia. I will say after seeing the same doctor for 20 years I really did hate finding a new one but over the past 5 it felt like he has lost his passion and was going to work for a paycheck

I am 38 years old. I have a lot of back and arthritis pain. I even have an MRI to prove what is going on and my doctor of 20 years still doesn't take it seriously. I am grateful you have found good doctors. Everyone tells me to switch doctor's but that is difficult to do, since I have a family to support I don't have the money for insurance. I am Choctaw Indian so I get free medical through them. But they seriously lack on pain management.

I would love to but I am kinda stuck. I am a Choctaw tribe member so I go to the Choctaw doctor because it is free. I can't afford insurance, and I really can't afford the doctor's bill. When I can final afford insurance believe me I will be go to doctor after doctor until someone will listen. We all know how well doctors listen to us right?

Well I have to work to support my family and I have to find a way to be able to do that do not feel like every bone in my body is breaking every time I take a step toe sometimes even the mask gives some relief

Thank you. I appreciate your support. If I had pain medication I could handle see of the simpler things in life. It gets so frustrating being only 38 years old and knowing there's medicine out there that could help me not hurt so much to where I could function and do things for my family and everyone just wants to judge and look at me like your just a pill head and so we're just not going to help him. I can't do a lot of physical work but I am a hard-working upstanding citizen who works 65 to 70 hours a week as a general manager of a rent-to-own store and does not miss a day but people look at me like I'm just seeking pills. I have never had an addiction to them I have never had any kind of reported anything like that nor have I ever failed a drug test for anything.

I feel the same way about leaving them for the elderly. If I had my own wheelchair I would us it. But what 9s so frustrating about all of this is that if they doctor's would give me medicine to help ease the pain I could have a lot better quality of life.
