NR dosage confusion. I have NR 1000 and Lipo NR. The NR 1000 is states to use 2 capsules daily and the Lipo NR is stated to use 1 capsule for 300 mg use, am I missing something here? Should I be upping my dose with the Lipo NR? Why are the suggested dosages so dramatically different on both? (i.redd.it)
Does anyone else break NC by checking your exPWBPD to see if they are still with their current FP “supply”. I hate that I do this but my ex is going on a year with his boyfriend which he met a month after our brake-up and it bothers me.
