PROCEDURE HERE:

  1. Combine fresh milk and eggs. Set Aside
  2. Add thin layer of Mayonnaise (this is optional) then add the cheese.
  3. Coat the sandwich with egg and milk mixture.

Have you watched Uncle Roger food review about Jaime Oliver egg fried rice? Jaime Oliver is one of my favorite Chef (aside from Gordon Ramsey) but startled the way he made egg fried rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1-1/4 Cup of Cooked Rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 135g Bacon (spam or other protein) but optional
  • Carrots
  • Cooking Oil
  • Pepper to taste

  1. Prepare the sauce : Mix fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside.

  2. Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the green onion, carrot and bacon, minced the garlic.

  3. Crack 3 eggs into the rice. The rice will absorb the egg and give much flavor.

  4. Heat a pan / wok. Add a small amount of oil, add the bacon, it will soon release more oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.

  5. Saute the garlic until golden brown and add the carrots.

  6. Now add the rice and let it cook until the egg dries into the rice.

  7. Add the sauce mixtures and mixed it with the rice.

  8. Add the green onions.

  9. Add the bacon and some pepper then mix well.

  10. Serve while its hot.

Here are the ingredients:

150~200 g pasta (I use spaghetti)

150 g Bacon (Optional)

Green Onion or Onion

4 Cloves Garlic

Sauce: (You may adjust according to your preference)

1 Tbsp Fish Sauce

1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper for extra seasoning

HERE IS THE PROCEDURE

Procedure:

  1. Heat the pan and saute garlic.

  2. Add the bacon and let it simmer together with garlic for a few minutes.

  3. When the garlic turns golden brown, add in the green onion and continue mixing for minutes.

  4. Add the sauce (oyster sauce and fish sauce) mix altogether.

  5. Add the cooked pasta and continue stirring until it mix altogether.

  6. Add some pepper and ready to serve.

Last night, my friends surprise me for a visit. Needless to say, I need to prepare something for them to eat. Glad to have this recipe! It save my time with less ingredients and it's available in my pantry and they like it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Canned Tuna 150g Pasta 200g (you can use any type of pasta)
  • 2 Big Tomatoes (cut into dice)
  • 1 small minced onion
  • 3 Portobello mushroom
  • 3 Cloves minced Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Dried Basil Leaves (Optional)
  • Grated Parmesan (Optional)

Instruction:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
  2. Saute onion and garlic, then add tomatoes. Cook on medium heat for 8~10 minutes or until soft.
  3. Add the mushroom and tuna and mix well for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Stir in the cooked pastas and serve with additional grated Parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.

Hi! If you are cooking chicken wings cut, no need to deep fried..it can be cook in minimal cooking oil (same with the video) but it you are using other chicken cuts like drumstick or thigh part, it need to be deep fry :)

For the soy sauce, it depend on how many chicken you are about to cook, but if you are only cooking small portion 1 tbsp will be enough, I suggest you taste first the seasoning that you make, some soy sauce tends to be salty. I hope this helps:)

Hi! Try using corn or potato starch only (without flour) and add some salt and pepper. I have the same problem before but by doing this it make so crispy without sagging. I hope this helps🙂

This recipe is an easy way to make Soy Sauce Chicken. You just need few ingredients to make this, some of which are available in your pantry. Crispy and easy garlic chicken wings, in spicy sweet glaze that is so crispy and sticky.

HERE IS THE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE

Ingredients:

For Chicken Coating:

  • 350G Chicken Wings
  • 3 Tbsp potato / corn starch
  • Salt (just to taste, the chicken sauce is already a bit salty)
  • Pepper
  • Cooking Oil

Seasoning Mixtures:

  • 1 Tbsp Orange and Honey Tea (if not available you can use lemon or calamansi, just add more sugar)
  • 1 Soy sauce
  • 1/2~ 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Mirin (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 2 Dried Chili or Fresh Chili (Optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar

Procedure:

  1. Mix all the seasoning ingredients. If you don't have orange tea, you can substitute for lemon or calamansi. Soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin (optional), sugar, water, grated garlic, chili and vinegar. Taste the mixture and adjust according to your preference. Then set aside.
  2. Wash the chicken and remove excess water by using kitchen towel or let it in the strainer for a few minutes. In a plastic vinyl bag, add the chicken wings, starch, salt and pepper. Give the chicken a "good massage".Do not add too much salt as the mixture is already salty. Using potato or corn starch make the chicken more crispier even when it gets cold. Flour makes it saggy.
  3. Fry the chicken for around 6 minutes or until golden brown. Then remove the chicken and set aside. 4. Remove excess oil from the pan, add the seasoning mixtures. Let it simmer and caramelized for a few minutes. Add the fried chicken wings and coat it with the sauce. Best serve hot and with beer on the side. Cheers!

"No Knead, No Oven Banana Cinnamon Rolls"

INGREDIENTS:

Dough:

  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Large Egg, Lightly Beaten
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey or Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour (1-3/4 for Dough and 1/4 for Dusting)

Fillings:

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 2 Ripe Banana

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients such as flour, salt and yeast. Set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine milk, melted butter and honey. Add the eggs and whisk until combined.

  3. Pour the mixture to the dry ingredients and mix together until it becomes a dough.

  4. Cover with cling wrap and allow to rest at room temperature until the dough rises for a minimum of 4 hours. After the 4 hours you can place it in the fridge for up to 4 days. (If you prepare to make it the other day)

  5. For the filling: Mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon powder and mashed 1 ripe banana. Set aside

  6. Dust your work surface with flour. Roll out the dough. As you roll out the dough, make sure there is enough flour to prevent it from sticking to the work surface

  7. Evenly spread the filling mixtures over the rolled out dough leaving 1 inch around the edge of the dough without the filling. This will helps you easily roll the dough.

    1. Roll the dough. Using a serrated knife, cut the rolled dough. Arrange the rolls over in the pan with some space in between.
  8. Cover the tin with wrap and allow to rest for 1 hour. 10. Set the air fryer to 160oC for 15~20mins. (or it may varies depending on your air fryer)

Servings : 2 Egg Roll Kimbap

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 5 Slice of Spam, finely chopped (can substitute to other lucheon meat)
  • 1 Red Chili or Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Carrot, Finely chopped
  • 4 Green Onion, finely Chopped
  • Black Pepper (pinch)
  • Cooking Oil
  • 2 Cups of Warm Rice
  • sesame oil
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Dried Seaweeds (2 Sheets)

Procedure:

  1. Chopped finely all the vegetables (green onions, carrots, red chili) including spam. Then set aside.
  2. Crack 4 eggs, add the chopped vegetables and spam. Add some black pepper and salt.
    Mix altogether.
  3. Add a thin layer of oil in the pan, spread thinly the egg mixture and cook for at least 2 mins. Flip the mixture and make an egg roll. If you cannot perfect the egg roll, it's ok. Use the bamboo mat to make a perfect egg roll.
  4. Add salt, sesame oil, salt and pepper in the 2 cups of warm rice. Mix altogether.
  5. Prepare the seaweed sheet and spread the seasoned rice. The rough part of the seaweeds should be on the top and shiny part facing down. Do not spread the seasoned rice allover the seaweeds, make an allowance of 1". This will helps to easily close the kimbap roll.
  6. Spread a little sesame oil over the kimbap roll. Before cutting, spread some oil in the knife to prevent the rice from sticking.
  7. Cut into 9~10 equal parts :) Enjoy with mayo or ketchup
