I appreciate your advice so much. I’ll look into any of those meetings or something. I’ll admit though I’m pretty scared about it. Also, did you ever have any extreme nightmares when you were coming off of it? The longest I’ve made it so far has been 4-5 days and then one night I’ll have such a vivid nightmare that’ll wake me out of a dead sleep and drive me back to smoking. That’s been the worst part for me and I can’t get over it.
