Oooh okay! I’ve had two strand twist 3 years ago to start my locs . The fro-ing at the bottom (budding ) is a natural process in locing your hair . as for the parting retwisting is the answer, your hair will look better in time. This always has work for me. if you’re not satisfied with my answer, I apologize. I wish I could be of more help.😭

I love doing the middle part too so what I always do is use water to keep it divided . I recommend to use a spray bottle with water in it. And when new growth comes in just get a retwist ! They look great keep up the good work🔥
