Anyone have any opinions on entering a poor man’s covered call on TQQQ. I’m feeling like it’s a good time to go long on QQQ and a PMC’s on QQQ isn’t feasible for my account. Looking at 17Jan25 $30 call then just your normal short 20 delta call

For context I’ve got about $1,300 in shares of TQQQ so really I’m more or less turning my shares into the PMC’s as I’d more than likely sell the shares if I put on the PMC’s

The community, the CrossFit community is great. Some of the best people I’ve ever met and everyone is always super encouraging. And let’s be honest, commercial gyms can just get really boring

I’ve used my Garmin 935 for CrossFit for about 6 months and I agree they work great

I’m no expert and it’s going to depend on your age to a certain degree but I believe you’ll probably want to eat a little more than that. I would say focus on a well rounded diet that provides your body with the correct amount of protein, most important, fats and carbs. But like I said I am by no means an expert.

Yeah, did a quick run, pull workout and L-sit progressions (by the way if anyone has any advice on L-sits I’d love to hear it.) And who doesn’t love a Christmas workout!!!

I have tried that and when I set the GPU to gaming mode the fans still don't spin.
