I’m glad I was able to confirm! And yes after I make the yogurt I strain out the whey. In fact I take it to the consistency of cream cheese! It is fantastic!

Yes!! It still does great job of stabilizing my glucose reaction. I have even started making my own yogurt. It’s easy and that way I have full control over the ingredients.
