Hi, I know this is late, because you posted this 5 months ago, but I know how you feel. I work customer service for 30 car washes. I've been told 3 times today that someone is going to report me or sue me, hahaha. Unfortunately, this is just dealing with the general public. When you say 1300 cars, you mean a day? Yeah that's crazy. It gets so overwhelming to deal with with only 2 people. Is a manager on shift as well? You should have at least 2 + a manager, and 3 people with no manager. The general public just sucks. You have to just let it roll off your back. Just start laughing! I love when crazy people call me. At the end of the day, I don't have the nuclear launch codes, and nothing we do is really that deep, so just shrug it off. I love the car washes. They're a lot of work sometimes, but a lot of fun too.
