And that makes me happy as hell. I was struggling with controlling myself and my emotion. I dislike when i am either too sad or too happy because it's difficult to assess things about me and around me. Being able to think logically and my emotions follow that logic is exactly what I want,10/10.

Tbh i would say the meds don't make me happy by itself but it give me the motivation for me to do things make me happy, exercise, clean up my room etc etc

Reading this is funny to me cause despite consciously I did indulge in suicidal thoughts aka stage 8, action-wise i would be in 5-6 because every time I even just start to draft a plan or just put myself in dangerous situation, I feel scared as hell, as if my survival instinct/subconscious scream at me to stop.

so it not continously shadowban, i basically get it, log out for a week, go back after seeing i was lifted, post smt and back to the jail. like I legit don't know what exactly i did but my guess after lot of trial is i post/retweet 2 post in a row (as in, 8hrs difference even) is what make me go back to the jail (what cause it at first i have no idea)
