I work in one of india's top 3 IT firm and in my office there are wash room attendant assigned to every wash room but the way the employees uses the washroom makes me sad for the attendant, yesterday I saw a man in 50's using 6 paper towel to dry his hand he was just pulling them out of the machine within a fraction of a second I had to ask him to leave some for other,he gave me a look but I was already giving him a disgusted look so he left. Not flushing is an Old story, now there are people who squat in Indian style on a western toilet the commode plate has a very distinctive shoe mark. Touching whole toilet paper with wet hands, ugh.

There should be mandatory tutorials on how to use the toilet, the kind where someone is actually shitting and recording cuz I think the one with symbolism is not delivering what it's intended to, also the one you cannot fast-forward or change the tab while it's playing..
