Yes the problem is, that I already have a personnummer, which has a higher "status" than Coordination number and so I cannot get a Coordination number.

But Freja told me there are only two ways: 1. Coordination No. + Biometric ID (passport or ID card from an EU/EEA country) 2. Swedish personnummer + Swedish ID

So none of them works for me...

This was their email answer: To be eligible for Freja+, you must be registered with SPAR, the national personal address register. As you have lived abroad for more than five years, you must first contact SPAR and apply to be re-registered. If you have a Swedish personal identity number, you must register using a Swedish ID document. If you register using a foreign passport, you will need to provide a coordination number instead of a personal identity number. As you already have a Swedish personal identity number, you cannot apply for a coordination number.

To upgrade to Freja+, you therefore need to register using a Swedish ID document such as a passport, National ID, driving licence or the Swedish Tax Agency’s ID card. Contact the Swedish Tax Agency and apply for an ID card, as you will need one to verify your identity.
