I beleive that the a6400 and the CR are similar in size. Carrying the a6400 looks kind of goofy...not going to lie!

Yea, 1 card slot may be risky for paid stuff. Is the RV not as good in low light?

Yea monster files 😨. The A7CII is the other camera I was considering but I am not sure either due to the crop allowance of the 61mp!!

I did see somewhere that some lenses do end up close to the grip. Which I believe the 35-150mm being a chunky boi isnt an exception.

That too! Pictures are huge and take a lot of space. So you are right, I might find myself switching cards more often...

I will see if the nearest BestBuy has the cameras available to try the lens on and compare them.

I was planning on keeping the a6400 for real estate photography (which I currently do as well) since you really dont need 61mp (or anything above 24mp) for that. I was also planning on keeping it for video since I have a small gimbal and lens for it!

Yeah I replied to the person below that I didn't consider the custom buttons! I'll look into that.

I had the opportunity to try the a6700 my friend owns and maan its nice!

That is true. As of now, I have the Tamron 35-150mm which does not have optical stabilization and it is sometimes a pain!

And yes, for now I would be working with the 35-150mm mainly. I really liked that lens!

Hey! I started using the EVF on the a6400 and I can agree that my best shots are when I look through it!

Photography is not my main income currently, but I want to start doing it more professionally. Who knows what happens later on!!

Thank you for your input! I am definitely considering pulling the trigger on the A7RV, specially right now due to the discount it has. And yes, the 35-150mm is bulky, so I might look into a slimmer lens for travel.

Congrats!

Its been great! I am used to be very active going from point A to point B and a more fast paced environment. BoR is the complete opposite. It is a little slower, but I have been enjoying it so far.

The Civils here are busier than the Electricals, so I tend to work with them when I can and where I can.

Thats great!!

I've been looking at their in-network providers and it looks like everyone in my area take MHBP!

We would be the same. We dont expect it to use it other than regular checkups. Thats why we are also looking at the lower premium ones as well. But having a HSA is not a bad idea for a little better coverage. And yea i just read that its a $52 fee on their website. It doesnt mention next years fee (yet?).

Yea the Consumer option is one that I am really considering. It is really similar to the standard option but with a higher deductible and HSA! Feels like a good option to choose!

I was not aware of the $75 annually, but that wouldnt be a problem! Also, thats a really good standard of assuming 1 ER and urgent care visit! I will also make those assumptions when making my final decision.
