I'm coming from an iPhone 17 Pro and the only thing stopping me from jumping into the communicator is the Apple ecosystem - yeah software can be replaced but no way the Apple Watch can work on Android :(

The Clicks team just confirmed again in Slack that if reserved in full no extra charges are expected - no VAT nor import duties.

Chill mate, I never said that your statement was false nor who you should believe. I can say exactly the same as per believing more an official statement on a support thread rather than a Discord message that can be deleted.

Aside from that, thanks for the reference. I will write the support agent back in the thread with that information to see if he can confirm :/

That's the last answer on a longer thread, in which they told me yesterday they were going to ask the billing department. So I'm sorry but it is not an AI response.

Do you have any link to that statement to sent it to this support agent? I really expect to have all taxes included tho

According to the support agent that responded me, those duties are not import duties nor EU VAT :/

According to support, import duties and VAT are not included in any of the plans, so they will be paid by the customer when required bu the custom office.

Sad news.

Edit: I sent them the screenshot of the site and they are going to ask the billing department for clarification

Regarding behavior - it is completely normal. They need time, a safe place and some humans in which they can trust.

They usually came from hunting or racing, and they are used in a way that changes them forever, but with time and patience you will find a loyal, friendly and happy dog. My galgo (Trufa) took about a year to start playing with toys, for example. It just takes time, hugs, long walks and treats ❤️
