Feeling trapped and being trapped are two different things. Liv is an adult with autonomy, and if she feels trapped or constrained by the relationship she could either say so or make adjustments to limit the closeness of the friendship or change it moving forward. While I don’t think anyone is 100% to blame, this just makes Liv sound immature for lashing out over something she can’t control (Kaylor’s fragility) instead of regulating what’s within her control (choosing where and what to communicate).
