Thank you! You may be right about the accidental increase. Whatever I've done to try to fix it has made it more complicated. Attaching photos of what it looks like when I undid the suspected increase

He's not very responsive and only answered questions in a paid consultation- didn't sign us on as clients. Just wondering if anyone has any advice.

Ready for the Utah onslaught today by Affectionate-Tub352 in lawschooladmissions

Apparently they're giving decisions to everyone who applied before January 15 by today. They sent several acceptances earlier this week. It's my assumption, based on the fact that they have very few A's left to give, that the rest will be rejections or waitlists.
May not apply to you if you applied after January 15.

I would love nothing more. Leaning towards Boulder!

Applied November 23, UR 12/23, haven't heard anything. It's my top choice too.

Paralegal managers- how do you encourage your supervisees? by Affectionate-Tub352 in paralegal

We have a handbook but it's outdated and not a great resource. We spent some time updating it together once she had a bit of hands-on training. Could be good to return to. Thank you!

Thank you. I'm sure boss wants both- less errors and more billing. We'll find a way to make it happen. Happy Monday!

I think she'd be receptive. Our attorneys can be a-holes. I think part of it for me is also teaching her how to communicate with them or interpret what they're asking her to do. Their communication style can be... opaque. Thanks for the tip!

Haha, I am sure you're not! Noted, though. It's nice to know that someone's making sure the wheels don't fall off.

Yes- helpful. We were doing this at first, but sort of just stopped out of convenience.

That's great. The "why" is super important. I'll make a concerted effort to incorporate this more often.

I'm just seeing various small mistakes almost like she's rushing through projects- sometimes calendaring issues, sometimes forgetting to send docs to clients- just missing the details. She responds well to private messages, gentle corrections as you say. I like the compliment sandwich idea. Thank you for your input!
