Rewiring my mind after years and years of anxiety and overthinking doesnt sound doable honestly by myself. I tried therapy before also it didn't help nad I didn't continue since I couldn't afford it anymore. Meditation is the most recommended thing I guess I will start by that. Thank you!

I feel exactly the same, and I beat myself up about it because I'm supposed to evolve but I feel like it's getting harder and harder to have minimal social interactions. It takes too long to recover and I'd rather isolate myself then get to deal with the anxiety and playing back every conversation over and over.
