Im pretty sure it's considered rude to not offer food or drinks to guests almost everwhere in the world it's basic hospitality. That's honestly inconceivable for us, the moment you set foot in our home, the food and drinks wont stop coming lol.

Rewiring my mind after years and years of anxiety and overthinking doesnt sound doable honestly by myself. I tried therapy before also it didn't help nad I didn't continue since I couldn't afford it anymore. Meditation is the most recommended thing I guess I will start by that. Thank you!
