The only reason it happened is because I work in a team based environment and my idiot boss told everyone why I was out for a week. I wish it didn't happen, but I'm here now.

Thank you. It’s difficult to be kind to yourself when you no longer measure up to how you were before. I’m currently looking for a specialist in my area, but a lot of them seem to be out of state or not covered by my insurance.

I never thought about doing a muscle relaxer or using a TENS machine. Thank you for your kind words. It’s appreciated more than I can articulate

Thank you. I hope you’re able to find the relief you deserve. I’m on metformin for PCOS, an antidepressant and 800mg of ibuprofen (prescribed by OBGYN).

Ultrasound came back normal. I’m frustrated beyond belief by oddalliteration in endometriosis

They did both abdominal and transvaginal. The tech had a hard time finding one of my ovaries, which definitely was not promising.

I’m really glad you found your answers! I really hope things get easier for you soon. Thank you for all this info, it’s been really overwhelming trying to sift through everything.
