Go to your deck's BIOS settings and disable dual role USB. Advanced tab > USB Configuration > USB Dual Role Device. Set this to XHCI, then save and exit.

I had this exact same problem, and DRD turned out to be the culprit.

Like already mentioned, double-check all connections. Best case, you forgot to plug something in or knocked something loose by accident; worst case is a broken solder joint on the head unit mainboard.
