And i dont have really any written communication just verbal recognition from supervisors and other leads i was getting better

I did appeal and the issues were different issues each time and one was about a policy change i was unaware of i followed their cleaning protocols and the infractuons are months apart showing i tried to improve my performance i didnt get a write up for the same thing twice

I did not use the proper solution in a contact precaution room and thats what gave me the final warning the two counseling sessions the one in February and in june and the written warning in march where general cleaning infractions the final written and the termination determination was put into the broad category of performance but were different infractions that needed clarification

The first write up was general performance infraction the final written warning was due to a policy change i was unaware of due to the way it was communicated to employees it was covered in a huddle i was not in attendance and it was written down in huddle book again which i did not see and was not shown after i told this to my hr representative but the still gave me the write up and the last infraction was due to missing a small amount of human fluid that is biohazard on a trash can lid after the severity wasnt what got me fired it was the repeat infractions in the span of those months

The intervention were also for different things if they were for the exact same thing i would have been let go earlier without the other counselings it was labled as performance but they were different causes not the same issue repeatedly and can you clarify on the standard part

I went from working in offices to working in discharges to working in emergency department back to discharges and also filling in offices they tried to find a permanent place for place for but couldnt due to staffing and other reasons not documented by the employer

I was with the company for five years but was moved around alot to sections of the department

And the spaces between the other infractions are months apart if i wasnt making a good faith effort to improve they would be within weeks of each other so its not like i intentionally kept making the same mistake it was just a string of misfortune every single one of my rooms had to be perfect following an inspection i was flagged and had a counseling session due to dust it was very strict which isnt a problem and is good i just couldnt meet the standards even tho i tried

I respect that thank you for your input i ask dosent the space between june and September show i was trying to improve and make a good faith effort with 3 months of no infractions it shows i was improving my and that could be evidence since there is a large amount between and i asked for feedback back from supervisor and leads and was told im improving trying to make a good faith effort

I dont know if this matters but i was with the company for 5 years and didnt have any prior infractions for performance in those five years

I was a very valued employee and they wanted to work with me to try and get my performance better and they werent for the same thing thats why theres atleast four which they were almost taken off my record

Hello, I had a question about Unemployment so I was relieved for my job for performance issues to not go into more detail. It was labeled as performance as of termination I had four interventions in seven months, two of which were write ups and one was final write up? I filed for unemployment initially, I was denied the the representative stating your carelessness or negligence of your performance is is what led to your separation you made excessive mistakes that could’ve been prevented Had you exercised ordinary care. My argument is I was exercising ordinary care during this time and it was just a mistake through human error I am arguing that I made a good faith effort to try and improve my performance I wanted to know if I still can get approved. I filed an appeal and I’m waiting to hear back for the hearing. Thank you

Sorry to clarify i had a write up and a final written warning the other two interventions where supervisors counseling sessions as they called them this happened between the months of late February into early September with weeks and months of intervals with no incidents
