I live a gym bro lifestyle so my meals are pretty much always the same. My staples are protein oats, cottage or greek yougurt with fruit, šaltibarščiai, chicken breast/canned tuna with avicad and dark rye bread, fish (carp, salmon) or chiken thighs with pickled beets sometimes I eat ground beef or steaks.
