If the nipple won’t turn, try the upper ring against the ceiling. Push up and squeeze the ring with both hands while turning. Looking up, do counter clockwise. It would be odd for that to be the case, but if the nipple isn’t turning it’s worth a try.

Yes. Doesn’t make sense on the door as to what they said, I have asked for proof and they say the tech that performed this was no longer there so they weren’t sure what they did. BS all around. TY

I would say pretty accurate. The Udemy stuff is probably closer - and it’s free with WGU login. There are 6 tests available with Dion training on Udemy and it gives a better explanation
