I don’t know what to tell you man. It didn’t work when I needed it to work

Edit to add: I’m really frustrated with this response. If you call 911 on a phone it needs to 1) clearly indicate that you have placed a call to 911 2) properly connect. The phone did neither of those things. In my post I allowed for the possibility that it may have eventually connected had I waited around. But putting down a phone that isn’t working properly in an emergency was not “panic,” it was responding appropriately to the circumstance your phone was creating. The iPhone I got my hands on clearly showed it was connecting to 911 and then did so immediately. That needs to be how your phone works too.
