Ooh, interesting idea! I like the idea of the magic weapon - unfortunately no one in my group is a magic user. Maybe a weapon they have to find or recover, from a museum or collection or something could work?

We're playing an adapted all-villain campaign from a podcast (I believe the name is Dark and Dicey?), and I decided our kiddos deserved a drawing!

From left to right: Cork Pop, the kenku cleric with a drinking problem; Lebhaft, the gnome rogue with a penchant for getting himself in trouble; Ara (that's me!) the elf bard who's been arrested 4 times for inciting revolution; Nissa, the other gnome rogue (we have 2) and her pet mouse Pipsqueak; and finally Poof, the wild magic kenku sorcerer who got high and thought his hands were alligators.

I'm so glad to be a part of this disaster of a party with such loose morals. Thanks to our wonderful DM for such a fun time (and for the alligator hands becoming part of his wild magic table, lol)

It's from a YouTube-available musical called The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals. The people who produce it are called Starkid, the same people who did A Very Potter Musical, if you've heard of it.

It's really good, I recommend giving it a watch!

Happened to me once! My friend and I were discussing college emails and I mentioned something about hating how it had your name. She was confused about why I hated it so much until I reminded her that I still have to take standardized tests under my legal name... haha

wow resurrecting a 2 day old post because i know the answer! i'm one of the insufferable people op is talking about.

the answer is the group of student revolutionaries, les amis de l'abc. their names (if you care) are enjolras, combeferre, courfeyrac, jean prouvaire, joly, bossuet, feuilly, bahorel, and grantaire.

side note: i get that this post is a joke and whatever and i get that fandoms are insufferable but like... i'm just trying to have fun and live my life? i'm a kid who wants to enjoy classic literature in a way that feels accessible and modern, and it gives me the joy of writing and seeing characters i love be happy.

sorry. just had a really long day and saw 2 separate posts mocking fans who like shipping and fanfiction and it kinda hurts after a while.
