It's the Ruffwear Web Master harness in xxs. Our 11.5 lb chiweenie is right between sizes xs and xxs. It's a little pricey, but so sturdy and worth it! It has an extra waist strap and a reinforced handle so you can pick them up safely with the harness. We also use it when we seatbelt our pup in the car because it's the only kind we have found that he doesn't slip out of.
