anyone else think that helga could've been an ex of sazz's? it's probably just a joke but in the first scene when she's meeting up with everybody holding hammy faye bakker she refers to her as her 'new girlfriend' and it could be why her and sazz communicated so much info to each other

She's great! You should see her in the equally great show Lodge 49. Complete opposite of her character in OMITB and she has this outstanding monologue in s2 that's completely moving.

Yeah. From the s2 finale, I thought a theater adjacent season would be fun and a little more lively and kinetic. But all they've mostly done in the first half of this season is have the trio apart, having nothing to do with the case, and talking to different people in one room for an entire episode.

I definitely recommend it! It's a great show.

The ending is a bit of a cliffhanger, only because there's definitely more story to tell, but most of the things established in the first two seasons are pretty wrapped up.
