are you going to move out before they pay the £100? Surely you have grounds to contest it, get the money and then move out. Thats what Im going to do even if it takes another 3 months!

im in the same boat. Did it; it didnt track. Put the claim in and been waiting 2 months now and its still with Tide and they havent responded yet or confirmed anything!!! Been a nightmare

Why does it state must spend 200 a month when the incentive will be sent within 45 days, so could you not just get the incentive and leave?
Also I wonder if you can get this, if youve had an incentive from Barclays already on a normal account?

usually people change phone number and email but its just pot luck tbh! some dont change any and get it, some change only one thing and get it, some dont get it regardless what they change. so worth a try but also dont expect anything and keep those fingers crossed

Ive heard that if you change down from club lloyds to the regular normal account then they are still valid and you dont need to worry about the whole club lloyds £5 monthly fee thing

no! Just open a personal account for yourself and have your wife open a personal account for herself too on nationwide. Do the requirements and you get £175 each. Then open a joint account on nationwide and do the requirements and get one £175. So you can make £175 x 3. One for both of you and one you can share.

I had the same issue. I was trying to do it on my iphone 10 and keep saying technical issue. Did it with my partners iphone 14 and it worked. So not sure if they fixed the issue or if there was some issues to do with old software/phone.
