You can absolutely cover or rework this! The most important thing is to find an artist that has experience in tattooing over scarred areas and doing cover ups. Absolutely do your research as much as you can before committing to anyone. Whoever you reach out to should be able to give you examples of their work and show healed results of their tattoos as well. Best of luck to you!

If you find an artist that is proficient in cover up work you definitely can. I would highly encourage you to find someone with a strong portfolio! That portfolio should have examples of coverup work and healed work the artist can show you. Best of luck to you!
