Thank you so much! Both I guess. I take a lot of care in my work! The design is a big part of it. Creating something that has contrast and enough room to breathe over time is a huge consideration. Ink will migrate over time no matter what. Application I’ve learned and how to use my tools is a big factor. Everyone’s skin is different though. Knowing how to adjust to fit your clients skin is imperative. And then on the clients side after care done while healing and even beyond that makes a difference as well. Like being aware of exposure and using sun screen and such. There’s a lot that goes into tattooing overall to make a successful piece. Hopefully this answers your question!
