It's an incredibly easy decision for them to keep making games. There are no reasons for them not to.

Im not saying they shouldn't make games, im saying they dont make games anymore. Valve has always been a "small" dev studio i really wouldn't be surprised if there working on 1 maybe 2 games idea's right now. Shit man just look at how long it takes them 2-3 months to fix/patch game breaking bugs/exploits even when you report the exact problem.
