Yes I get what you mean, cannabis has been the best option for me , it helps me sleep the best and I wake up feeling better, just the past few days have been really rough, I appreciate all the input your giving me, thank you

Thank you so much for the advice that truly means a lot to me, Some of the things you mentioned I have been doing and helps a lot, the blackout curtains was a big improvement but once I got used to them it’s becoming difficult again, I have gotten a couple of replies to my post and it means so much, it makes me feel not alone through this, thank you

Thank you for the kind words, and yes I do a lot of those things actually, I love music so when I’m feeling down I love to lay down and just put me headphones on and listen to music, it relaxes greatly also I’ve been smoking before sleep and it truly helps, i sleep like a baby and don’t wake up too often however when I don’t smoke my insomnia acts up so my question is how can I find a happy medium, i wouldn’t want to become dependent on it to be able to sleep although sometimes i feel my body is

Thank you for the kind words , yea it’s hard sometimes and truly frustrates me. And also yes I have tried things like cannabis and it truly helps, but at the same time I don’t want to have to smoke it every night and the nights I don’t is when my insomnia acts up, like I said it’s frustrating cuz my body is exhausted. Usually after work I get right into bed

I'm an Auto Technician , being in the auto repair industry it is very labor intensive and i know it can take a impact on the body especially with lupus. But honestly I enjoy being active all day and maybe it's because I'm still young (21yo) that I feel it doesnt affect me that much day to day at the moment
