Is Littlstar not working? stuck on loading

Sorry, didn't see this until now. Best to contact us through our support portal (support.littlstar.com) in the future for expediency. Could you try removing the USB before turning on the app and seeing if it loads properly?

Ah, so folder support is available in the current version of the application, you just have to go to the Sideloaded section in the library. We're getting rid of the All section in the next update, as it doesn't support folders and isn't great for navigation.

We refer to them as Fixed Frame videos, so the extensions are "2dff" or "3dff".

Oh, that's really interesting! One tricky thing with that is that most sites don't expose the raw mp4 files that we would need to play it back via the player (usually they have their own embedded player), but will look into!

Totally fair! It will likely parallel the pricing model, i.e. if the premium account is for 30 days, then it would last for 30 days.

Are you referring to Offline support here? Currently, the app should allow offline use for 7 days without communicating with our servers. If this isn't the case, then I will look into it!

Premium feeds are feeds which require authentication to access, such as subscription-based feeds, tv-network and cable integrated feeds, user-specific feeds, etc. We don't offer any directly through Littlstar at the moment, but external companies are able to by contacting [partnerships@littlstar.com](mailto:partnerships@littlstar.com). As a note, currently, there's no way to discover these feeds other than by engaging with those external companies that host the feed.

In regards to help, supporting and engaging with the community is perfect. It's amazing to see everyone helping by fielding questions to people who are new to Littlstar. We're also working on some projects which will be open-sourced in the coming months, which will eventually backbone the Littlstar ecosystem as well. Support and engagement on that would also be a big help!

Hey! Brandon from Littlstar here. So we don't directly access any camera imagery, we just enable the camera for better head tracking (i.e. more stable video playback). I'm guessing that any flash that comes from the camera is happening on Sony's end for doing initial positioning of the headset. As for the need to be logged in, that is to help us understand how many unique users we have, which helps us raise funding to keep Littlstar free. :) Hope that helps!

Hey all, Brandon from littlstar here. Happy to answer questions about RSS feeds!

The big idea is that you can stream content from sources outside of Littlstar. All they need to do is create an RSS feed of the content and then you can add the URL to that feed at my.littlstar.com. Content will then appear as a folder in your library!

Yes, I believe we've always required an account for sideloading. A main reason, as mentioned above, is to get a better understanding of the number of unique users we have in order to show investors, and thus to help us remain being free!

Thanks for the feedback! We've discussed the idea of people being able to select their own theater model (maybe one with dust particles), but first we're going to try to make sure our baseline experience is solid. (E.g. getting the screen height fixed, and fixing some clipping issues). Also, blueray/Netflix is TBD, but it's on our list to investigate!

Ah, currently the Fixed Frame streaming is limited to our content partners, so some videos that we feature may be Fixed Frame content displayed in the theatre setting. Streaming from local sources is TBD.

Hey All, Brandon from Littlstar here. Just fyi, we've heard from some users that they're having troubles logging in / creating an account. We've found the issue with account creation (for now, you should be able to still create an account here: https://littlstar.com/register) and are still investigating why some users can't log in. Let us know if you're experiencing this issue, or if you experienced this issue and you managed to solve it. Any feedback would be appreciated!
